PPRUK are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-respected independent group having grown to 35 branches across the UK.

Further expansion has created the need for a Pharmacy operations assistant primarily at the head office in St Helens, Merseyside.

This role is very varied and interesting compared to a normal dispensing or checking role and applications are open to Nvq2 dispensers, Nvq3 Techs or ACT’S  

Excellent professional support is given to its staff, who enjoy a degree of autonomy, which gives this chain of pharmacies its unique character with its focus on the local community.

Position: Pharmacy operations assistant

Location: St Helens, Merseyside

Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 dependent on experience and negotiable

Contract: Permanent

Hours:  3 - 5 days, PT or FT - 9am-6pm , Mon - Fri, No weekends

Additional Information

· Open to Nvq2 dispensers, Nvq3 Techs or ACT’S  

·     The role will primarily be at head office although there can also be responsibility of covering in local pharmacy branches on relief

· The role will consist of overseeing the wholesale department. Checking stock and products, picking and packing, process of data, invoicing, admin as well as dispensing in their internet pharmacy and in their local community pharmacies when needed. The role is very varied and interesting in line with the business needs and not your average dispenser/checker job.
