Candidate Screening

PPRUK will carry out the following checks on all candidates for your peace of mind.

Employment History
A full CV is obtained from every Candidate. This must include a full employment history with any gaps between employment fully explained and justified

All Qualifications are verified at source

Where possible, we obtain professional references to cover the last five year period. At minimum, the two most recent professional references are directly obtained and/or verified

Professional Registration
We obtain proof of registration with the relevant professional body. (e.g. General Pharmaceutical Council - GPhC)

Verification of Identity
From either Passport, identity card, Visa, Driving Licence etc

Immigration Status
We obtain verification of the Candidate's 'Right to Work in the UK.
