Job description

PPR UK is currently recruiting for one of the UK’s largest Multiple Opticians who are looking for a permanent Optometrist. They are looking for a motivated Optometrist who thrives on providing outstanding patient care, with a real passion for healthcare and the ability to develop and grow the optical business. You will be keen to develop others as well as maintaining your own professional development.

As an Optometrist working in one of their branches you will work closely with the local community to ensure all customers get an expert eye examination, complete with clear information, sound advice and a friendly, professional approach ensuring NHS guidelines are complied with.

Position: Optometrist (Branch based)

Location: Christchurch, Dorset

Salary: £57,000 per annum + a great bonus scheme!

Rota: 5 day working week taking in weekends

Clinic  Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Saturday. 9.00am - 4.00pm Sundays

Contract: Full time

Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays

Additional Information:

· 20-25 minute testing

· Full pre-screening done for you including fundus, pressures and Auto-refraction

· 4 testing rooms equipped with the latest technology

· Dental, and Healthcare provided

· GOC fees paid

· CET courses available

· Any further clinical development can be funded through the practice

· Newly qualified Optometrists are welcome to apply
