Are you looking to build, motivate and lead a team in a thriving Optical Branch?
We’re looking to work with an Optical Branch Manager with the skills and knowledge to step into a management role at a busy branch. You’ll be joining a company that values fantastic customer care and service. You will lead by example; getting involved at all levels in the branch.
You’ll work closely with the Regional Manager to develop and motivate staff, maintain the success of the branch and ensure fantastic customer service all-round. You’ll be stepping into a family with strong roots in the local community, who are focused on providing fantastic customer care for the whole family.
To step into this role, you’ll have experience of working as an Optical Assistant; ideally with supervisory and management experience. This would suit you if you’re looking to progress within your Optical career.

Salary potential: £18,000 - £20,000 per year
As a manager of a busy branch, you’ll ideally want to work full time
