PPRUK are looking for a Hearing Care Branch Manager to be a part of growing and developing a well-established, family owned opticians and hearing care provider.
This position would suit a candidate that is looking for their first Managerial position. Some one who has experience of working as a Hearing Care assistant, that wants to progress, would be a perfect fit for this position.
Position: Hearing Centre- Branch Manager
Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000
Part or Full-Time (minimum 4 days per week)
Experience in hearing care is beneficial

Working closely with your support staff, you’ll be leading the day-to-day management of the branch. You’ll manage the sales and performance of your practice; challenging and coaching your team to go above and beyond their targets and KPIs.
You’ll also be working on the shop floor, dispensing to all levels and leading by example with your colleagues. You’ll be identifying opportunities to help the practice grow and remain profitable.
Alongside this, you’ll also be looking after customers to ensure that they get the best possible advice and service from the branch as a whole.
Key Skills and Requirements
