Job description

PPRUK is currently recruiting for one of the leading nationwide hearing care providers.  We are looking for Hearing Aid Dispensers who thrive on providing outstanding patient care and the ability to develop and grow the hearing care business.

As part of a friendly team you’ll dispense hearing aids; making sure every customer gets the perfect device.  It’s all about blending outstanding customer care with professional expertise. You’ll work to high clinical and commercial standards; generating sales; managing stock and working closely with staff and the store manager to drive business.

Position: Hearing Aid Dispenser

Location: Hanley, Staffordshire (Branch based in 3-4 local branches)
Basic Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 + Bonus

Commission:  5% on Sales over the Monthly threshold

Patient Base: Large mixture of AQP and Private Patients
Contract: Permanent - Full time or part time candidates considered

Hours: 9am - 5.30pm with 30-minute lunch

You must be registered with the Health Professionals Council (HCPC) to apply for this role.

· 37.5 hours per week (Part time hours can also be considered)

· Some Saturday and Sunday working required

· Medical and dental cover

· 28 days holiday  

· Would involve working in 2-3 branches in the local area

· Good support staff

· Start Date - ASAP
