PPRUK are currently working with this leading independent provider of clinical support services, working with the NHS and industry partners to deliver improved patient outcomes through an experienced team of clinical pharmacists.

Whilst medicines management and medicines optimisation are at the core of their service offerings, beyond that their data insight capabilities and understanding of the patient journey, combined with their clinical expertise and nationwide resource, ensure that they deliver so much more.

The Clinical Pharmacist Teams work to improve clinical outcomes at all levels of the care process, from providing key insight into research and development through to service delivery within primary care, secondary care and also within the social sector, partnering with key health care professionals to enhance patient experience.

As well as working with the NHS and industry partners, our client acts as an interface for both clinical sectors, connecting resource and expertise to enable clinicians to deliver best practice and improved outcomes for their patients.

As a Clinical Services Pharmacist you will be responsible for the delivery of all clinical, logistical and reporting functions relating to the successful completion of clinical reviews. Principally this is a field based position with responsibility to deliver the required service at a national standard, for your specified geographical area.

The successful candidate will be able to quickly establish effective working relationships with fellow healthcare professionals in the NHS and embody the dynamic and resourceful characteristics of the current Clinical Pharmacist Team.

To apply for this position you must be a qualified Pharmacist eligible to register with the GPHC, with at least 3 years pharmacy experience and hold a full UK driving licence. Clinical experience gained in either a hospital or clinical commissioning group would be of particular interest, community pharmacy back ground also considered.
