Their focus is on partnerships with GPs and Health Professionals to deliver property, pharmacy and medical services across the UK and is central to the strategic direction of this listed business. Over the past 4 years they have grown considerably and currently operate over 40 pharmacies across the UK with progressive plans to further develop their network.
We are currently recruiting a Pharmacy Manager for their health centre pharmacy in Barnsley. The successful Pharmacist will be an experienced manager with a proven track record of maintaining high standards within the pharmacy branch including business and support staff development.
The ability to build rapport with both customers and colleagues are essential as quality, professionalism and service from staff are what drive this pharmacy forward.
You will carry out the normal duties in your Pharmacy of Managing staff, dispensing, advising customers and colleagues and importantly working and exceeding targets for which you will be rewarded for as well as running the pharmacy on a day to day basis.
