Our client, a nationwide pharmacy group, are currently recruiting in the area.

They are looking for a motivated individual who thrives on providing outstanding patient care, with a real passion for healthcare and the ability to develop and grow the pharmacy business. You will be keen to develop others as well as maintaining your own professional development.

As a Pharmacy Manager working in one of their branches you will work closely with local healthcare professionals to develop new and existing services in line with the needs of the local community.

A community pharmacy branch can dispense between 1000 to 3000 items per week, typically trading 6 days per week. Their community branches are typically located in either rural/village locations, small town high streets and shopping centres, suburban shopping parades, within or adjacent to a health centre and occasionally in supermarket interiors.

Leading a dedicated healthcare team, you will focus on providing all round healthcare solutions by building relationships with customers to ensure the branch business plan is delivered.

A Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the branch and benefits from a local, regional and central structure which provides access to other pharmacists for both support and advice. You will also be supported by an Area Manager who will help to drive forward excellence in the business. Our clients Pharmacists normally work as the only qualified pharmacist on the premises, except in our high volume branches where second pharmacist support is provided.
