Advertised selection
This involves the placement of online and/or off-line advertisements on your behalf from which we will shortlist suitable candidates for a specific role. We will advise on media selection, copy and production and undertake the screening of candidates, initial interviewing and all candidate administration. Not only does this approach directly encourage candidate interest and registration for your role, it also increases your business's brand presence and optimises recognition in the competitive marketplace.

Executive search
This involves extensive research into the marketplace and the identification of suitable candidates within target organisations. This is followed by a discrete approach to a "long list" of candidates with a view to engaging interest in the opportunity and conducting subsequent detailed discussions of the role face-to-face. Following on from this, a shortlist of candidates is drawn up.

Advertised search
This involves all elements of Advertised Selection, but in addition we will identify, through research and our market knowledge, a 'long list' of potentially suitable individuals to supplement the advertising route. We will proactively present them with details of the role, conduct interviews and then assess their suitability for the final shortlist. This service can be a very useful enhancement to pure advertised selection or pure executive search.

Database selection
We will introduce to you candidates that are already registered with us, many of whom are exclusive to PPR UK. These candidates are actively seeking a new role, using our services to be kept advised of interesting career opportunities and allowing them a confidential and targeted route to market.
